Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in community-based outreach and 4 years of clinical practice. My work has focused on helping individuals heal from past adversities along with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction and life transitions. I am honored to walk alongside my clients in their healing journeys and value the personal freedom that evolves when mental health is prioritized.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on my clients’ presented needs and working together to identify goals they would like to work toward. I am also passionate about helping individuals heal unresolved emotional wounds that may be hindering their growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session(s), I focus on helping clients feel seen and heard. I aim to provide a space where they feel welcomed and safe. If they choose to move forward, we work collaboratively to clarify what they hope to achieve through therapy and identify personal goals to guide our work together.
