I am a trained clinical social worker with experience working with PTSD, dissociative disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and use a trauma-informed approach in my work, prioritizing safety as the foundation of healing. In addition to exploring your inner life and personal history, we will examine how social factors impact your mental health and help build coping tools to manage these stressors
Therapy offers the opportunity for genuine connection in an increasingly isolating world. Through this connection, I hope to help you deepen your relationship to yourself and others while building insight into your patterns. I operate from a non-judgemental standpoint and will meet you with openness and curiosity.
I operate primarily using a psychodynamic framework, but also incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and DBT into my sessions. Therapy looks different for every individual, and together we will identify what treatment works best for you.
