Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping people out of bad patterns and into new, happier habits. My background is in eating disorders and addictions of all kinds, and I've worked in both treatments centers on large teams as well as solo in private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is transparent and collaborative - I'll always let you know why I'm asking a certain question or what benefit I think a certain recommendation might have for you. My view is that we will work as a team to create an achievable, happy, healthy outcome for you by bringing both our strengths to the table: you know yourself better than anyone else, and I have some knowledge and perspective to help guide you to where you want to go!

What you can expect from me

After one session, I aim to have you feel heard, understood, and respected, and I hope you feel hopeful about the future changes you'll be able to make! Over time, my only objective is to assist you in reaching your goals and making the process as simple and smooth as possible.
