Great to meet you!

My name is Molly! I serve adults with mild to moderate mental health concerns as well as those with severe and persistent mental illness. My background in crisis intervention and community care allows me to create a supportive, grounded therapeutic environment where we can address your goals and challenges, both big and small. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with work or school-related burnout, generalized anxiety, postpartum depression, executive dysfunction, interpersonal distress, and suicidal ideation. Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or have been in treatment for years, I can meet you where you are and support you in building a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is always client-centered and focused on you at the core of treatment. I find CBT and ACT effective because they prioritize your needs. It's important to me that you feel seen and included throughout your treatment journey, helping you gain more purpose and satisfaction in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on your immediate treatment needs, discuss your mental health history, and address any questions or concerns. The goal is to get to know each other and establish a comfortable, safe, and open treatment dynamic. I encourage you not to be nervous, as this session is about understanding and supporting you.
