Asking for help is an act of courage; it is one of the bravest things you can do. As an eclectic therapist, I integrate psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic approaches to create an inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed environment that supports healing and self-exploration. I bring clinical experience from both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including PTSD and complex trauma, domestic and intimate partner violence, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, personality disorders, and perinatal mental health conditions.
In my therapy practice, I have extensive experience in treating complex trauma and am recognized as among few providers specializing in dissociative disorders. In addition, I have completed specialized training in supporting individuals facing postpartum challenges, pregnancy-related concerns, and infertility, and am certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International (PSI).
My approach to treatment is collaborative, relational, and person-centered. I work to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Drawing from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals. I believe in fostering self-awareness, building on strengths, and supporting meaningful change through a compassionate and structured therapeutic relationship.
Clients can expect to gain greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and practical tools to heal from trauma and manage life's challenges. Through our work together, clients often develop healthier coping strategies, improved communication skills, and a deeper understanding of patterns that may be holding them back. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, resilient, and aligned with their values so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I am here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and self-discovery.
