Great to meet you!

With over 14 years of experience as a licensed therapist in private practice, I bring a warm, grounded presence that helps clients feel safe, seen, and understood. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly heard, and I create space for your voice, your experience, and your truth.

I specialize in working with women navigating challenges in relationships - whether in dating, partnerships, family, or work - as well as anxiety, self-doubt, grief, and feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to better understand their patterns, build healthier relationships, and feel more confident and at ease in their lives.

In addition to deep listening, I support clients in processing difficult emotions, identifying clear and practical steps for change, and developing a stronger, more empowered sense of self. My work is both reflective and action-oriented, helping you move toward meaningful and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model - our work together is shaped by your goals, your experiences, and what will best support you.

I integrate deep emotional processing with practical tools and insight, helping you understand the “why” behind your patterns while also creating real movement forward. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin to shift the ways you relate to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, and we’ll explore your current challenges, history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

Together, we’ll start identifying initial goals and areas of focus, while also building a sense of emotional safety and connection. My intention is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what working together can look like.
