Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, with over 4 years of experience, I believe therapy should be a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and feel genuinely understood. Seeking help isn’t always easy, and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, honest, and grounded and where you can explore what’s going on without feeling judged or rushed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both practical and insight-oriented. I integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you better manage intense emotions, navigate relationships, and feel more in control day to day. At the same time, we’ll explore the deeper patterns and how your past experiences, relationships, and internal narratives may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond. The goal is not just to cope, but to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on and what’s bringing you to therapy, and we’ll begin to explore what you’re hoping to get out of the process. I may ask questions to better understand your experiences and patterns, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can also ask me questions- about my approach, the process, or anything you’re wondering. It’s important that this feels like a good fit for you, too. Together, we’ll start identifying what might be helpful moving forward and what our work together could look like.
