Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Moll and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Masters Certified Addiction Professional with more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. I dedicate herself to helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more fulfilling lives.

My clinical areas of focus include substance use disorders, family and relationship concerns, adolescent behavioral and emotional disorders, personality and mood disorders, grief and loss, and the complex challenges that can impact an individual’s overall well-being.

I am passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and develop the skills necessary to increase personal life satisfaction. My combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and genuine commitment to the behavioral health profession allows me to support individuals not only in managing challenges, but in creating meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is patient-centered, compassionate, and solution-focused. I incorporate evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and that meaningful change begins with creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. The therapeutic relationship is an important one so we will take our time to identify your goals, discuss my therapeutic style, and see if we are a fit!
