Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel both scary and empowering. I bring a warm and affirming approach to therapy, exploring how parts of self, the systems within we reside, and life experiences shape who you are and your struggles. I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming or intimidating, but my role as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you are and go at a pace that feels safe to you. I encourage you to reach out and schedule a free consultation. This is an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit and explore how I can support you and your therapy goals.
