Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who has been working with clients since January 2020. I provide compassionate, solution-focused care tailored to your personal and professional goals. Let’s work together to create meaningful change!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is an integrative blend of Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), designed to help clients achieve deeper self-awareness, emotional well-being, and lasting change. From Positive Psychology, I emphasize identifying and building on your strengths, fostering resilience, and cultivating a sense of purpose and meaning in life. Psychodynamic Therapy allows us to explore unconscious patterns and past experiences that may influence your current emotions and behaviors, helping you gain insight and break free from cycles that no longer serve you. Through Internal Family Systems, we work to understand and harmonize the different "parts" of yourself, promoting self-compassion and fostering internal balance. This combination creates a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we begin to gather data and explore your concerns and goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your expectations, and ensure you feel comfortable with my approach. Together, we’ll start creating a roadmap for your growth and healing.
