In my work as a counselor, I have helped clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety and stress management, coping skills, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, life changes, grief and loss, and self esteem .

My therapy style is compassionate and engaging. My approach combines client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
