Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting effects of living through painful experiences. I provide a compassionate, judgement-free space where I believe feeling seen, heard, and understood are core to restoring safety and stability towards healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualistic. I draw from evidenced-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing, and other trauma-focused interventions, adapting to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My overall goal as a therapist is to help you feel more connected to yourself, strengthen your sense of safety, and worth, and move toward the life you want. My hope for a first session would include you leaving with just as much, or more hope than you came with, and empowered with information that benefits you.
