Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and have spent much of my career working in community mental health settings. Through those experiences, I provided outpatient counseling and crisis counseling to children and adults, and I have also supervised teams of mental health providers. Most recently, I have worked as a therapist in a college setting.

My approach to therapy

I employ a compassionate, non-judgmental, strength-based approach. I work to help clients improve coping and problem-solving skills, challenge thinking patterns, and support personal growth through encouraging overall health.

What you can expect from me

I believe that my job as your therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences, thoughts, feelings and goals.I help clients work through their traumas and help them become the best versions of themselves.
