Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Molly Pritchard, PMHNP-BC, founder of Rivers Psychiatry & Wellness.

** To learn more about my practice, services, and client testimonials, please visit www.riverspsychiatric.com **

I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management for adults throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, postpartum mental health, women's mental health, and life transitions.

Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, or stuck. Whether you're struggling with focus and organization, anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or the challenges that come with major life changes, I'm here to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care happens when people feel truly seen and understood. That's why I take a compassionate, individualized approach that focuses on getting to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms.

I have a special interest in adult ADHD, including ADHD in women, executive functioning challenges, and the overlap between ADHD, anxiety, and mood symptoms.

While medication can be an important part of treatment, I also consider factors such as sleep, stress, lifestyle, relationships, and daily routines when creating a treatment plan. Together, we'll explore what's working, what's getting in the way, and create a plan that helps you move toward feeling more balanced, confident, and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Grab your comfiest clothes, your favorite coffee or tea, and settle into a comfortable space.

Our first session is a conversation about you - what's been going on, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping to gain from treatment. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan, discuss recommendations, and outline clear next steps so you leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered.

Many patients tell me our sessions feel more like a conversation with an old friend than a traditional medical appointment - while still receiving thoughtful, evidence-based care. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing openly, and actively participating in treatment decisions.

I'm looking forward to meeting you!
