Great to meet you!

As a queer person who grew up in rural America, I understand the importance of safe, nonjudgemental therapy. I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to work with you to understand your personal goals for therapy. I have over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths based, client center approach. I focus on meeting you where you are at and what goals you wish to work towards. I use a mindful, compassionate approach to help promote curiosity and empowerment instead of judgement and shame.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a welcoming and nonjudgemental environment. Together, we will discuss what goals/outcomes you are looking for from therapy and how I can support you on your journey.
