Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with relationships, or trying to make sense of who you are, therapy can be a space to slow down and figure things out.

I have experience working in intensive outpatient settings with both mental health and substance use, and I’m especially passionate about trauma work—helping clients understand how their past shows up in their present. I also enjoy exploring bigger questions around identity, purpose, and what it means to build a life that feels fulfilling.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being real and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I often incorporate trauma-informed work to help clients understand how past experiences show up in their present, especially in relationships, self-worth, and emotional responses. I also enjoy working through life transitions and the bigger questions around identity, purpose, and direction.

Therapy with me is both supportive and practical—we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also building tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, low-pressure environment where we’ll start getting to know each other. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—it's completely okay to come in feeling unsure or overwhelmed.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s bringing you in, and what you might want to get out of therapy (even if that’s still unclear). I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, but you’re always in control of what you share and can go at your own pace.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling more at ease, understood, and with a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
