Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in the treatment of teens, young adults, adults, families, and couples. I believe in cultivating a trusting, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic relationship. My areas of specialty include the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, navigating life transitions, relationship and family issues, self-esteem and doubt, and gender identity and sexual orientation.

My approach to therapy

I work to provide a safe and collaborative environment to help clients improve self-understanding, decrease self-doubt, increase self-compassion, process trauma, and navigate life challenges. My approach to therapy is person-centered, relational, and challenging. You can expect freedom from judgment and a safe space to explore. Together we will explore thinking and coping patterns, major life transitions, family of origin dynamics, and attachment styles.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about building a collaborative relationship with you. Together we will explore areas of life and relationships (past or present) that are causing you stress and identify ways to change. We will look at behavior patterns and adjust patterns that are not serving you. You can expect a warm environment, where you feel heard and have the tools to face your current challenges.
