Great to meet you!

I am a Registered Play TherapistTM who supports parents and couples who are determined to break generational cycles yet find themselves overwhelmed, reactive, or triggered in the very moments they hoped would be different. I help children and teens manage anxiety and trauma and help them find healing through both individual and family-based interventions. I often use play-based approaches and I love working with kids who may be reluctant or uncertain about therapy. I often work with adults who had childhood experiences of therapy that felt unhelpful or coercive.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates attachment-focused, trauma-informed care with skill-building and play-based interventions that helps families move from cycles of reactivity into more secure, connected, and joyful patterns. I collaborate with caregivers to bridge the gap between therapeutic strategies and everyday life, especially when previous interventions have felt ineffective or disconnected.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will make sure that we're both on the same page about what brings you to therapy and in what ways your life will look and feel different when we're finished working together.

I know that often people come to therapy already having explored a variety of interventions on their own, so I'll work with you to identify what's already working as well as what approaches and strategies will add additional support most effectively.
