Great to meet you!

I am a mom to a five year old and a one year old boy, a registered yoga teacher, and have been in social work for ten years. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for three years and in private practice for just over four years. I work with clients ages 13 and up addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression and stress management.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of therapies including CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness training and breath work. I utilize polyvagal theory to guide treatment and educate people on the mind body connection.
