Great to meet you!

For over seven years, I have worked alongside people struggling with substance use, witnessing both the complexity of addiction and the resilience that exists beneath it. This experience has shaped the way I understand healing with compassion, without judgment, and with deep respect for each person's unique story and capacity for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing is not simply about understanding our experiences intellectually; it is about creating space to experience, process, and integrate them in a way that feels meaningful and embodied. I primarily use experiential therapy modalities, which informs my use of approaches that invite clients to move beyond talking about their experiences and toward engaging with them more directly. Depending on what feels appropriate for you, our work may incorporate the body, emotions, imagination, movement, mindfulness, and other experiential practices.

What you can expect from me

A collaborative approach to understand your hope for therapy and what goals you'd like to accomplish in our time together.
