Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy since 2016. I provide individual counseling for adults to help them recognize their worth and feel empowered to make changes. I have worked with clients who have struggled with various issues such as addictions, trauma, generalized anxiety, and depression. I am skilled in strengths-based and trauma-informed care and enjoy working through DBT, CBT, and EMDR.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a therapeutic relationship is valuable and individualized and that treatment is a collaborative process. I strive to be relatable, down-to-earth, and genuine.

I have found it helpful to challenge clients in a direct manner to help make changes and support them through the growth process.
