Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience providing individual and couples therapy in both private practice and community mental health settings. I earned my bachelor's degree from Tufts University and my Master of Social Work from New York University.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person has an innate capacity for healing, wellness, and growth. Often, the patterns that leave us feeling stuck—whether they're rooted in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions—developed for good reasons. In therapy, we work together to understand those patterns and help you make sense of your inner world while building new ways of responding.

My approach is psychodynamic and somatic, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This allows us to address immediate concerns such as emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills while also exploring the deeper experiences and patterns that shape how you move through the world. My goal is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but to foster meaningful, lasting change.

When working with couples, I integrate Gottman Method Couples Therapy with a psychodynamic lens. Together, we strengthen communication, navigate conflict more effectively, rebuild trust, and deepen each partner's understanding of themselves and one another.

What you can expect from me

Above all, I believe that therapy works best when we develop a genuine relationship. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when it's helpful, and supported enough to be honest about even the most difficult parts of your experience. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful clinical insight to every session, trusting that meaningful change grows from both deep understanding and practical action.
