Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I received my masters degree from Fairfield University. I have experience working with children with autism, children with cancer, end of life patients and college aged students. I specialize working with children, teens, young adults and adults to help manage different life stressors. I am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. You can expect empathy, compassion and a safe space that you will be able to express yourselves.

My approach to therapy is providing a space for clients to feel as though they are safe to speak about any struggles they might be enduring. I am able to support my clients by providing a non-judgmental space and unconditional positive regard.

During our first session, you can expect to go over some background information. I make this experience collaborative to focus on what my clients want to learn and achieve during this process.
