Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor that specializes in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders.. I have been in practice for almost 30 years. I also have a specialty in treating children and teens as well. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on exposure and response prevention in working with these disorders. I have a firm and loving approach with my patients which helps push patients towards their goals

My approach to therapy

i work with patients using an active approach that is also filled with humor. My goal is that you learn how to control the anxiety instead of it controlling you,

What you can expect from me

In our first session my client can expect to give me their full history, explain the current problem and how it interferes with their life, and also have a plan on how therapy will proceed forward including what will be expected of the client as well.
