Great to meet you!

I've long felt called to work to alleviate suffering and support increased sense of freedom. Turns out social work is a great way to do that and my preference is to work with individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when directed by the client. Therapists are here to support your process, your natural unfolding and healing as well as to increase awareness of possible blind spots.

What you can expect from me

Clients have reported feeling an increased sense of peace as well as feeling more at home with themselves. Life presents us with so many challenges and there's a wide range of normal emotional responses. We explore those and possible next steps, in your own best timing.
