Mona Burden-Blunt, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and hope. She is passionate about supporting clients as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns while empowering them to build resilience and achieve meaningful personal growth.
With experience providing mental health services to diverse populations, including veterans, Mona believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based interventions with genuine empathy, meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals.
Beyond clinical practice, Mona is committed to increasing mental health awareness through psychoeducation, community outreach, and advocacy. She strives to make mental health information practical, accessible, and empowering, helping individuals and families develop the tools they need to thrive.
