Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change happens in a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic relationship. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting concerns, and personal growth challenges. I integrate evidence-based practices with a practical, down-to-earth style, helping clients gain insight while developing tools they can use in everyday life.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and genuine. One of my strengths is building strong therapeutic relationships and meeting people where they are. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership—one where you feel supported, challenged when needed, and encouraged to move toward lasting, meaningful change.

Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, resilience, and creating the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and a little intimidating, so my goal in our first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions about your background, relationships, and experiences to better understand your unique story and identify your strengths and needs.

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. There is no pressure to share more than you're ready to. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I will meet you where you are. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can best support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
