Great to meet you!

I am a New York based Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost a decade of experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I've worked extensively with Asian and BIPOC populations, as well as survivors of complex trauma. Areas of focus include depression and anxiety, childhood and relational trauma, workplace concerns, life transitions, issues of cultural identity, and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and psychodynamic, while incorporating CBT and other modalities as appropriate from a holistic, trauma-informed lens. I work to help clients gain new insights and skills, as well as to feel a greater sense of self-mastery. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients looking to disrupt harmful patterns and work towards growth.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the inherent dignity and resiliency of every person. My aim is to help my clients gain the perspective and skills needed to feel more connected to their choices and the people around them. Sessions are conversational with a focus on reflection. My style is curious, thoughtful, and non-judgmental.
