Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Mona Morgan and I am a licensed therapist (LMHC) in WA State. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years, first as a Psychiatric Nurse, and then as a Mental Health Therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Having a genuine, caring connection with my clients is my primary focus. I want to provide the support and guidance for them to become their best selves, and I truly believe in their ability to do this. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is the primary treatment modality I employ. Using this, we work together to help clarify what a meaningful life based on values looks like, what gets in the way, and what strategies help in moving toward what they desire.

What you can expect from our first session

The environment I want to create is one of warmth, caring, trust and respect. My clients indicate they feel a strong connection with me and that they know I care, support and advocate for them. I love exploring new ideas and encourage clients to be seekers in the field of self-discovery and self-growth.
