Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address negative/anxious thoughts that have taken residence in your day-to-day life. I have been working with people from ages 18 years to the end of life. My approach is gentle, empowering, and accepting.

My approach to therapy

I like to build rapport and gather information to best build a plan of action. Whether they themselves have not quite yet determined why therapy is needed to addressing clear needs and goals. I am experienced with utilizing imagery and mindfulness with a heavy side of Cogntive Based Therapy.

What you can expect from me

My clients I currently work with tell me they enjoy the easy manner and rapport I've built with them. I stay focused on goals that client's have identified. I provide homework to build coping skills, we work in sessions on building those skills. And if goals change then we change the treatment plan as needed. I am flexabile and creative.
