Great to meet you!

I help ambitious, self aware adults untangle patterns that keep them living for everyone else's approval so they can move toward confidence, clarity, and self trust. I work with people facing stress, anxiety, self doubt, and burnout who want to feel more grounded and in control. Together, we will explore what fuels your anxiety and build practical coping tools that fit into your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down to earth, and warm. Sessions are meant to feel like real conversations where you can show up as yourself without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. We work as a team to identify the thoughts and patterns that feed your anxiety while building coping skills to quiet your inner critic and create more room for calm and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and talking about what brought you to therapy. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable to you as I ask about current stressors, challenges, and goals so I can better understand your experience and how anxiety affects your daily life. My aim is to create a warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
