Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Dr. Mona, an LMFT with a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as relationship and parenting concerns.

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals with warmth, compassion, and empathy, helping them feel understood and empowered as they move through life’s ups and downs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to each individual, with a focus on their unique needs and goals. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns and barriers, strengthen emotional connections, and foster meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can flourish.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to begin building trust and to determine whether we’re a good fit for your therapeutic journey.
