Great to meet you!

If you’ve found yourself watching your child struggle and not knowing how to help, you’re not alone. Many parents and caregivers come to us feeling frustrated, worried, and at a loss — wanting desperately to support their child but unsure where to turn.

Children and teens face real pressures today. Whether your child is experiencing difficulty with friendships, self-esteem, behavior at home or school, or relationships with authority figures, these struggles are rarely simple—and they rarely resolve on their own without the right support.

That’s where we come in. We work with children and teens experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral difficulties, social skills, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences. Our approach meets each child where they are, using evidence-based methods — including play therapy — to help them build the skills and resilience they need to move forward.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. We’re here to support both your child and your family through the process.

My approach to therapy

Our approach meets each child where they are, using evidence-based methods — including play therapy — to help them build the skills and resilience they need to move forward.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. We’re here to support both your child and your family through the process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to begin building trust and to determine whether we’re a good fit for your therapeutic journey.
