I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in varied settings such as outpatient mental health,
residential treatment, and private practice. I have received advanced training in Psychodynamic Approaches in Clinical Therapy from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and Foundations in Family Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
I combine my extensive experience with highly individualized psychotherapy services to address a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, and life transitions. I am experienced in practices including Psychodynamic Therapy, inner child healing work, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, and more.
