Great to meet you!

I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I integrate approaches such as attachment theory and mindfulness into my clinical practice as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clinical style is both warm and direct. My aim as a therapist is to create a safe space where my clients feel validated. This means I often ask clarifying questions and make an effort to understand my clients' lived experiences.

I primarily work with pregnant or postpartum clients, parents, college and graduate students, early career professionals, and neurodivergent adults. I have lived experience with neurodivergence and parenting.

What you can expect from our first session

I like for my clients to leave session with something to work toward for the following week. I don't typically use formal homework or worksheets. I am more likely to suggest utilizing a coping skill or an interpersonal strategy (establishing a boundary, communicating assertively, etc.) in the upcoming week. It is important to me to have clients' feedback on these experiences in the following session. My goal is to guide my clients in building a set of tools to cope more effectively over time.
