Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Social Work from Florida State University. Since graduating, I have worked to pour back into the community that created me. In practice, I have seen how critical cultural competency is to the quality of client's care, specifically in the mental health field. My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have a strong background, using various treatment styles and modalities, and experience in working with many different populations ranging from couples, adults, and adolescents. My experience ranges from working in community mental health to the judicial system, and even residential substance abuse recovery. I have developed a unique style and ability to use an open, positive, and informed approach, to develop a strong connection with my clients and create sustainable changes for long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to use your voice in identifying solutions for your life.
