Great to meet you!

I am a neurodivergent, bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of mental health experience in community mental health settings. I now work in a thriving private practice in Los Alamitos, California. I earned my Master's in Clinical Counseling from California State University, San Bernardino, and I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, from toddlers to older adults. I specialize in complex trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism spectrum. I also support clients navigating chronic illness, family conflict, domestic abuse, dual diagnosis, and life transitions. I bring a cultural lens to everything I do, believing that every person's unique story deserves to be heard and witnessed.

My approach to therapy

My approach leans into culture, curiosity, and compassion, exploring your social context and the life experiences that have shaped who you are. I draw from narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, weaving together systemic and evidence-based tools to fit your unique needs. I believe every person has a story to tell and be witnessed, and my goal is to help you step into the role of main character of that story, supported by our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and for me to understand what has brought you here. I will listen with genuine curiosity and make sure you feel comfortable from the start. I am excited to support you toward your goals and help you become the main character of your own story. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
