Great to meet you!

With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 3 years of experience, I work with adults experiencing grief and a loss of identity related to childhood trauma, family dynamics, and significant life transitions. If you're struggling with boundaries, attachment patterns in relationships, or persistent feelings of not being enough or unworthy of love, you're in the right place. Together, we'll explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you reconnect with your sense of self and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with curiosity and an insight-oriented perspective. I help clients explore their unique inner experiences to deepen their understanding of themselves and the adaptive behaviors or patterns that keep them stuck. Together, we identify meaning in their experiences while drawing on past strengths and resilience to support growth. I encourage clients to live in alignment with their values and support them in navigating the fear, pain, and uncertainty that can arise when choosing to honor what matters most.

What you can expect from me

I'm genuinely interested in learning about your story, what has brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. I believe every person comes into therapy with unique strengths, resilience, and courage, even if those qualities don't feel obvious in the moment!
