Great to meet you!

I am a MEDICATION SPECIALIST IF meds are needed. I worked in the VA medical center for many years. I use Cognitive behavioral therapy to help you set and achieve goals in therapy. This is not just chit chatting, it is positvie improvements so eventually, you don't need me anymore. I help you help yourself. I have a down to earth approach and I help many clients with different diagnoses with solution based therapy and finding the right medicine for them if needed.

My approach to therapy

I believe meds help 25% of the problem and working on it puts the other 75% into place. Work with me and see a type of therapy and caring that most have not seen before.

What you can expect from me

We set goals that you work on until we meet again. These are goals that the client agrees on. You will feel upbeat with a plan, and I strive to instill hope during every session.
