Monica Amaro

My name is Monica Amaro MA LPC. I have a Masters in Community Counseling and a BA in Social Psychology and Criminal Justice with and emphasis in corrections. I have 7 years of experience in assessment and stabilization and case management. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment.

My approach is based on a case-to-case basis. My 3 main approaches are CBT, PCT, and DBT.

My clients can take away that they are being listened too, and that we will identify triggers and coping mechanisms together.
