Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, relational challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm in a grounded and practical way.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals. I aim to create a collaborative space where clients can better understand their patterns, build emotional resilience, and make meaningful changes in their relationships and daily life.

My clinical style is supportive, direct, and focused on helping clients move from insight into real-life application. I work with adults and young adults who are seeking clarity, stability, and healthier relational patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I view therapy as a space where we work together to understand patterns, emotions, and relationships in a deeper way, while also focusing on real-life change outside of sessions.

I draw from evidence-based modalities while staying flexible in how treatment is applied, depending on what is most helpful for the client. I focus on helping clients build insight into their thoughts and behaviors, regulate emotions more effectively, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

In sessions, I aim to create a supportive and grounded environment where clients feel understood, but also gently challenged when it helps them move forward. My goal is to help clients turn insight into practical steps that improve their daily functioning, relationships, and overall sense of stability and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and structured conversation focused on understanding what brought them to therapy and what they hope to get out of the process.

We typically begin by exploring current concerns, relevant background history, and any patterns or stressors that feel most important. I’ll also ask questions to understand your relationships, daily functioning, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past.

The first session is also a space for you to get a sense of my style and ask any questions you may have about therapy, my approach, or what working together would look like. There is no pressure to share everything at once—pace is guided by your comfort level.

By the end of the session, we usually begin to clarify initial goals and identify next steps so that therapy feels focused and purposeful from the beginning.
