Great to meet you!

Hi! I am so glad your here.I am a Licensed Marriage family therapist in California with 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a very non-judgmental approach. I use active and empathetic listening, reflection and offer coping techniques that are tailored to each client . My style is supportive and although I am not a CBT or DBT certified but use some of the concepts. My approach is eclectic and will offer input when it is appropriate. My style is collaborative.

What you can expect from our first session

I will listen to what you want from being in therapy and develop goals with you. I understand that as things unfold goals can shift, but I will check in to see that we are working towards and meeting your goals throughout the process
