Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW who works with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. I help with things like stress, overwhelming thoughts, and coping with hard emotions, and I use practical tools to help you feel more steady day to day. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and truly understood.

My approach to therapy

I bring together my background in social work with an understanding of how the brain works to help make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll look at what may be getting in the way and gently work on shifting patterns that no longer help you. My approach is centered on you, and I tailor therapy to your needs, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, collaborative conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’d like help with, and what feeling better could look like for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin — just a willingness to show up, and I’ll support you from there.
