Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am an experienced LCSW with a long history of working with others and seeking solutions for a life that is not burdened by problems. I believe in a life that is free and unencumbered by issues of family and individuals. I am a therapist who uses cognitive and drama therapy. And medication if necessary and needed. I believe in a partnership with my clients, a responsibility on both our parts to move forward and find some freedom and choice. In life and living.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a trusted environment with necessary boundaries and a moving forward with hope and a solution to whatever brought you into therapy. I use creative solutions such as Drama Therapy, the Arts, and Psychodrama to engage and act as if, helping to change old behavior. I also have a long standing relationship with identifying problems and issues. If needed medication may be prescribed.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away hopefully a better sense of well-being. An understanding of how problems grew and exploring solutions so client is no longer experiencing symptoms that exacerbated issues (mental health) and made life more difficult. We will seek solutions together, through classic therapy and more creative interventions as is needed. Safety and well-being is our goal and outcome.
