Great to meet you!

I consider myself a therapist who leads with empathy, making others feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. My goal is to listen with intention, picking up on both what is said and what remains unspoken, which helps me respond in a thoughtful and attuned way. My reflective nature allows me to guide people toward deeper self-awareness without imposing judgment or pressure. I hope to balance warmth with honesty, offering insights that are both compassionate and constructive. I hope to create a supportive environment where meaningful growth can happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and genuine curiosity, creating a space where clients feel safe to open up at their own pace. I prioritize deep listening and reflection, helping people make sense of their thoughts and emotions rather than rushing to solutions. I enjoy a collaborative style which allows me to guide gently, encouraging insight and self-awareness while respecting each person’s autonomy. I also balance compassion with clarity, offering honest observations in a way that feels supportive rather than confronting. Overall, my approach feels grounded, thoughtful, and focused on helping clients build lasting understanding and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel welcoming and low-pressure, with a focus on helping the client feel comfortable rather than diving too quickly into heavy material. I will spend time getting to know the client’s concerns, background, and what brings them to therapy—while also giving them space to share at their own pace. Clients can expect me to listen closely and respond with empathy, helping them feel heard and understood from the start. I will introduce how I work, what therapy with the client might look like, and collaboratively begin identifying goals or areas of focus. Overall, the first session with the client would feel like the beginning of a supportive, respectful partnership rather than an interrogation or checklist.
