Monica Co Hoyer

Hi! My name is Monica Co Hoyer LICSW. I have spent my career focusing on empowering individuals to use the strengths they already have as the foundation for building the additional skills and effective habits that are needed to attain their goals. I believe in teaching my clients a deeper understanding of how the mind and body interact to shape our daily experiences of life and how to work within those systems to create enduring change.

I take a holistic approach to counseling, with equal focus on the mind, body, and spirit. I have trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your optimal state of total health and wellness- simply put, to feel good and think better.

I used an integrated treatment style with the strategy of empowering (what you're already good at), learning (to build what you're not as good at) and practicing how to use those skills and qualities to set and achieve the goals you want to set for improving your experience of life.
