Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Monica! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have spent the last 10 years supporting children, parents, and families through their hardest moments. I truly care about the people I work with and strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Outside of work, I'm a mom of two young kids, a dog lover, and a strong belief in the power of coffee.

My approach to therapy

Maybe you know exactly what's bringing you to therapy, or maybe you're feeling stuck and unsure of where to start. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life and build confidence to create lasting change! I have a collaborative approach and tailor therapy to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and figure out if we're a good fit. You can share as much or little as you want. It's a big question-asking session and also a time to set goals.
