A bit about my approach to therapy

Your Body is Wise. Sometimes a person can get all caught up in their thoughts, and forget to pay attention to their innate wisdom. I view You as powerful, wise, and resourceful. I will look upon you with Loving Eyes and reflect back to You the creativity of your innate wisdom. We will use questions and curiosity to sift through your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, to elicit your Strengths, Resources, and develop effective coping strategies together.

What you can expect from our first session

I wonder how surprised you will be when you discover how quickly you can relax? I wonder how quickly you will reveal your wisdom, resources, vision, discernment, humor, and apply them to your life in ways that create the outcomes you prefer? I expect that You will leave most sessions feeling validated and empowered; calmer and lighter than when you arrived; with coping strategies, tools for empowerment and improved overall functioning.
