Hi, and welcome to Tides of Healing Counseling! Our healing journey, much like the tides of the ocean can change over time. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to working with adult clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.

The therapeutic relationship is a unique and individualized partnership. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe and respected. It is important to me to balance both in depth healing, challenge my clients, while also finding beauty, laughter, and joy in healing.

Our journey starts from our first consultation phone call, where we begin to determine goodness of fit. Our first intake session together will allow us the space to explore goals, and begin building a working relationship based on vulnerability, safety and security. We will move at your pace, and work together to make the therapy space effective and and unique to you.
