I believe therapy is a space to better understand the patterns, relationships and experiences that have shaped you. My approach is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic work, meaning we’ll explore not only what is happening in your life now, but also the deeper emotional dynamics and experiences underneath it. I work collaboratively while also offering thoughtful challenge when appropriate. Together, we can explore the parts of you that feel stuck, disconnected, isolated, or uncertain, fostering greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and lasting change.
