Great to meet you!

I've had the privilege of working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, helping individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. I have personal experience with rebuilding relationships, learning to love myself, and putting my faith in things bigger than me. Life has taught me to deal with grief and loss, intense feelings, anxiety, and a realization that change is inevitable but how we handle these things makes all the difference.

My approach to therapy

I find value in creating an inviting, and safe space for my clients to understand that change is always possible and help them become the best version of themselves. I enjoy helping those who come to realize ineffective behaviors patterns and help them to invite abundance into their lives. If you're not sure where to start, what you're feeling, or how to handle what life has offered; I am here to listen, help you gain clarity, find insight, and experience the possibility of transformation.

What you can expect from me

I take great care in trying to see life from all perspectives, taking time to understand how you view your life experiences. Progress doesn't look linear and the work done in and out of sessions will allow you to gain clarity. I enjoy working with clients to provide positive coping skills and actively listening to your story to help you achieve a sense of confidence, control, and balance in your life.
